Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to first thank you for being here, being part of our community, and our games with us! I also wanted to let everyone know that I understand the frustration with new patches causing a need to re-enter account names, passwords, and to often times re-set your client macros.
This is an issue on our part, and one that we can - and will - fix prior to any further patches being released.
I just wanted to make sure that everyone understood we were aware of it, apologize for it, and appreciate your patience as we work through some challenges.
Our goal for UORealms is to give gamers a place to have fun, interact, and enjoy themselves in an environment that's non-toxic.
So, thank you all and know that we are actively working on the frustrating bits!
