Terms of Sale Agreement
By making a purchase through our online store, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms:
Virtual Items
- Final and Irreversible Transactions: All transactions for in-game gold, Sovereigns, and tokens are final and irreversible. Once the purchase is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
- Server Availability: Gold, Sovereigns, and tokens are currently not available on the Paths of Virtue server.
- Post-Exchange Responsibility: UORealms is not responsible for any loss of in-game virtual items, currencies, or the like after the exchange is completed.
- Donation Acknowledgment: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that it is a donation to the UORealms community, and in exchange for this donation, you are being offered an in-game virtual item or perk. These payments are in exchange for virtual items and are not tax-deductible donations.
- Acknowledgment of Terms: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and are bound by the Terms of Service, and you understand your responsibilities and the limitations of this transaction.
Physical Items
- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: We will always work with purchasers to assist with refunds, returns, and exchanges where applicable, but it is at the discretion of UORealms.
- Ineligible Items: Software, virtual items, and custom items are not eligible for any return, refund, or exchange.
- Eligible Items: Apparel and similar items are eligible for refund, return, or exchange within 30 days of receipt and should be in like-new condition.
- Request Process: Anyone considering a request for a return, exchange, or refund should email support@uorealms.com, providing their order number and the reason for the request. We will respond as quickly as possible to discuss further.
General Policies
- Shipping and Handling: All physical items will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
- Order Cancellations: Orders for physical items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@uorealms.com.
- Damage and Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@uorealms.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
