Quick update on the heal rates – we've checked them, and they're right on target with our standards. We've really honed these mechanics, so we're planning to keep them as they are, unless there's a major gameplay concern.
We're moving into our marketing phase to kickstart the growth of our community, which requires all hands on deck for development, events, and player support. With our smaller team, every moment is precious. We’re dedicating ourselves to further developing the servers, crafting immersive events, both live and dynamic, and bringing Ultima Online to life, both in and out of the game. Here’s how we’re streamlining feedback to maximize our focus:
- Suggestions: Keep the ideas rolling in the suggestions forum, and make sure your initial post is detailed. We'll be monitoring the votes and chiming in when needed. Remember, if your suggestion is closed, pending, or archived, it’s all part of our process. So please, don't take it personally! We balance a lot of factors, including how suggestions fit with our development timeline. Your suggestion may find its way back into production later on.
- Bug Reporting: Got a bug to report? The help ticket system is where it needs to go for us to tackle it effectively.
- Quick Questions: The general forums are perfect for player-to-player chats or quick advice. For more specific help, the ticketing system is your best bet.
- Resources: Don’t forget to check out our Wiki for Paths of Virtue and uoguide.com for Faerham Citadel. I'm currently working on a compendium for Faerham Citadel to provide information on our changes and custom systems. Plus, I'm finishing up another online help option for times when other support avenues are offline or unavailable.
Your input is invaluable and truly shapes our community. But to make your in-game experience as amazing as possible, we need to focus our energy more effectively. This means we might not be able to dive into every forum topic, especially on things like heal rates that are already set.
