UORealms is looking for imaginative and dynamic Event Moderators to join our Lead Event Moderator in crafting compelling storylines and supporting player-created roleplay. This role offers a unique opportunity to weave individual player stories into larger narrative arcs, truly shaping the game world.

About the Role:As an Event Moderator (EM), you will have the creative autonomy to design and host at least one in-game event per month. Your events will play a crucial role in enriching the server’s role-playing community and advancing the game's overarching lore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and manage at least one in-game event per month.
• Actively participate in and support the server's role-playing community.
• Create and update EM Blogs to document current story progressions, player-created arcs, and event recaps.
• Collaborate with the Lead Event Moderator and other team members to integrate player stories into larger narratives.
