About the Role:As a Customer Support Agent (Advisor), you will offer the first level of support across various platforms including in-game, forums, Discord, and online web chat. You'll handle everything from simple inquiries to more complex issues, ensuring that every player feels heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to players, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Escalate complex or serious concerns to appropriate team leads such as GMs and developers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent UORealms in every interaction.
  • Engage with the community across various platforms, ensuring players have the best experience possible.
