Consensual PvP
Good evening, everyone! We have implemented Consensual PvP on PoV. I feel that this is a feature I think better fits PoV.
Players can set their character to PvP Enabled or PvP Disabled via the Profile gump ([p or [profile). Default is PvP Disabled. Once a player chooses PvP Enabled, they cannot reset to PvP Disabled again for 10 minutes.
PvP Disabled: Other players cannot attack the character.
PvP Enabled: The character can be attacked by other characters who have PvP Enabled. Attacking a blue player or NPC will generate the criminal action conformation gump, informing the player that attacking will flag the character as Criminal.
Exceptions:
Faction Militia members of opposing Factions may freely attack one another, regardless of PvP Status.
Members of Player Guilds at war with one another may freely attack one another, regardless of PvP Status.
Members of the same Player Guild may freely attack one another, regardless of PvP Status.
