I am updating this thread, because I’ve made some modifications to how Noble exchanges, and other server related requests are to be handled. Going forward you will make your request by visiting “Exchange & Server Request” from within the forums. This will provide you with the available options you may choose from.

Once you’ve entered a request, you will be able to follow and discuss its progress through the “Server Requests” forum. This will allow players, and administration, to keep a running account of all transactions.

I’ll place a screenshot below from the forums so you can see where to find the link and node. Currently, Noble exchange is available for in-game gold and Sovereigns. You’re also able to request personalized Town Crier messaging. I was unable to get to it today, but tomorrow you’ll be able to request Town Recognition, Weddings, and make special requests directly to the EM team.
