We would like to provide an update regarding the recent connectivity issues that our community has been experiencing. These challenges stem from a malfunction in the cooling systems at our service provider’s data center, which has adversely affected the routers and, consequently, our server stability.

Our service provider is diligently working to resolve these issues, and in parallel, we are actively exploring alternative solutions, including the possibility of relocating our servers to a more reliable data center. Rest assured, we will keep you informed with timely updates as new information emerges.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. To maintain fairness and consideration for all our users, we have temporarily suspended all donation and purchase options until we can guarantee stable and fully functional services.

    You’re welcome. These challenges are impacting all of our servers, including the BBS. I am going to be closely monitoring the progression.

    We will do something, in-game, for everyone for the inconvenience encountered once we are back online and everything is operating as it should be.

    Alright, it seems things are turning around with the latest update. Our servers are back online, and I have not identified any hardware failures or permanent data loss.

    All cooling functions are not yet fully operational, so if temperatures spike, it may cause further issue – but we’re still keeping an eye on updates.

    Server status has been restored to the website and as of right now all servers are operational.

    Hey everyone!

    I wanted to share an update on the data center challenges, as I am going to be away from sometime today until Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

    So far, things are looking good! I’ll post a screenshot of the official messages below. On our end, we’ve had the ability to jump on while the servers are active and grab recent updates of all servers, server software, and saves we utilize in the event there is any need for us to relocate. I do not expect there to be.

    We appreciate you and I look forward to sending out an in-game gift, to all our players, for their patience and support.
